When a company has to rely on the Australian Government to make a project work, it's simply a dud. Not only do they rely on the Corporate welfare teat, they FAIL to carry out their current legal and financial obligations. If a company can't compete due to financial constraints and other inabilities, there is only one place for it and that is the corporate scrap heap.
