It's very disappointing. Given that the ASH and PNAFLD trials are being paid in-full by the NIH, and that we already have the PII NASH results, the investment thesis here was that we could have all three results (NASH, ASH, PNAFLD) without having to dilute any further and partner all three with a larger pharma. Now that we filed $100M shelf, this investment thesis looks all but broken.
Sad day for Immuron.
