Not only Travelan, I see IMM-529 of great potential against C. diff.

Firstly, Yes...... IMC has been able to issue 35,803,927 shares etc. and yes due to a "fiscally conservative" approach they have resisted etc. etc.

The announcement alludes to the fact that that is exactly what they intend to do, therefore by your very logic the action of issuing 35,803,927 additional shares would be fiscally irresponsible. So there goes your argument that they "no doubt continue to be fiscally conservative ...................."

Secondly, It is a very valid question. And it is the sole reason I have remained a substantial holder of IMC and IMCOB. Previously, on numerous occasions I have made my concerns regarding Dr Jacob very public, having stated, that moving forward, I will be looking for telltale signs that he is up to his old tricks.

Very, very briefly and simply. This is one of those signs.

The board is primarily composed of capitalists. Capitalists love money, they may have become very impatient, particularly on the back of what would now appear to be a total lack of interest in IMM-124E, presumably as a result of a lack of efficacy upon steatosis in NASH, and no doubt ASH etc. (remember others are showing +'ve results re. steatosis see VTKG).

For my mind whenever capitalists become impatient they will seek a return at any cost, that cost may be the long term viability of IMC. Dr Jacob has shown he can "polish a T..." however he has also proven that responsible economic leadership and company longevity are not his strong suits.

Need I really go on? I have voiced all of this previously.

If we are lucky, he will "polish this t..." and I may still hold a ten bagger, All I wish to do is provide a balanced view by highlighting the pitfalls surrounding recent actions and alert others to a rather displeasing trend that is developing. (see my previous posts)

The only question I will be attempting to answer in the coming months/years will be WHEN TO OFFLOAD? I will be looking for further signs.

can't dispute anything you said. BTW, whatever happened to submitting the final NASH data to FDA for feedback in the 1st Q 2019? Originally it was supposed to be end of 2018.
