Lag-3 will be a key player in immuno-oncology (IO) if not the missing link as things stand now. But I think the BIGGEST breakthrough will be in autoimmune for lag-3's impact, compared to other immune checkpoints or even other alternatives. IMP761, or as is unfolding likely Efti/CD8+ ... cannot wait but happy to wait. It is a nice journey to be taking and to be part of.
