In my opinion, which is only a guess, albiet educated guess, planning for AIPAC PhIII is more than likely already on track, including consideration of likely partner candidates, let alone partnership in general. This guess is based on the fact that the team has a very good understanding of what PhIII involves and very very likely they have made preparations. The extent of preparations will be reflected in the timing of announcements to follow post-data release next week.
