This is to protect IMU's latest muse and I believe the test was not very conclusive with ALA product, the problem with incompatible product is, it will bring down the value of the your crown jewel, its very tedious to saperate them, its bad press, many big BPs use this technique to bring down the value of the product they are planning to buy, they entice the potential product owners with partnership and when the partner product fails it brings down the market value of your product, good decision but we have to see results if there were any..
