re: new ann from neo / bmd HI BMD - Sorry - I'm by no means an industry expert - the only 2 people on here I would credit with that are Slick Rick and Ian Whitchurch.
1.My understanding at the moment is that the testing will not begin until full use has been made of the drilling rig. On the 'time is money' scenario, they want to finish all drills and then begin testing.
2. If something is 'off the scale' in the way this was implied, it means it's higher than the industry standard stops at.
For example - if the richter scale goes from 1-10 and an earthquake is reported as being 'off the scale' it is higher than 10.
I know that may not be much help - but my advice is to do what I do, and if in doubt, pick up the phone, ring NEO and ask the questions. They are very helpful and will explain things in no nonsense language.
I am at a point where I am confident enough to sit back and wait now, having built up a substantial holding. It's just a matter of patience ....again!
