Hello nasty,
TU from me, good insightful post of one of the ways this might go.

Always good to keep all possible outcomes on the table so to speak.
And I'm an glass half full type.

So at this point management suggested a strategic move before xmas ,we get it.
So at this point management are builders of a great company.
However if this TO goes through then they have sold the current owners of the company out then they are mere poor salesman at best.
