Listed telco Inabox Group (ASX:IAB) has lifted top line revenue by 37% to $64.3 million assisted by the Anittel acquisition for the year ended year ended 30 June 2015.
Overall EBITDA was down 22% to $1.8 million as a result of the Anittel acquisition which posted (EBITDA) losses in the first 4 months of 2HFY15.
With its turnaround completed, Anittel generated positive EBITDA in May and June 2015.
Synergies have been achieved and cash flows improved with costs savings annualised of around $3 million.
EBITDA looks set to jump in FY2016 with the company forecasting at least $5 million, an increase of 160%.
Anittel’s HCS cloud business unit is expected to create significant opportunities for further growth of Inabox’s annuity revenue streams.
