guys, I finally got a pathetic response from them today, exactly 2 weeks since I sent my first email to them. Here is their pathetic excuses. They havent even acknowledged my withdrawal form which I sent to them on March 18

Once you have completed the information and returned the form back to us (via email is the fastest), we will arrange a refund for you.
Upon receiving the completed withdrawal form, we will endeavour to return the investment monies between 7-10 business days.
