You need to get the facts straight, you clearly can't read a cash flow report.
Try page 4 of the quarterly not 3. Proceeds from issue of shares - $2.9m, that's the the net of the raising after fees.
$497k at 30 June, it's been a month, so you could safely half that figure. They're on the brink of insolvency if they can't get funds asap.
