re: News: Ingenia Communities presents at the... Presentation was consistent with previous announcements and presentations but some details which were interesting from the CEO:
- Distribution to be closer to 2c per annum
- Expect to free up $50m in working capital by selling down NZ, some DMF and unused inventory so no need for further capital raisings at this stage
- they make $75K to $150k development profit per manufactured house sold. If you multiply that by 240 per year as previously stated then you get $25m profit per annum for this segment alone
- they have only had to add 1 person to head office with all their acquisitions so overhead costs are held in check
- believed stock was rerated once it entered ASX 300 (on current market capitalisation would they qualify ASX200 in 6 months time?)
- gave a similar speech in Singapore
Overall good positive stuff if they can execute as planned
