    Michael Kay was the main man in establishing a 1billion dollar company - AAMI. Then he went to Macmillan Shakespeare and he built them up to a $14 buck stock. When he left, they went down hill.

    I am always happy to pay a premium for good management. might just be a coincidence that some of their other senior managers are from Macmillan. George Savvides is world class. I met him personally and dealt with him on many occasions. extremely good management and reason why I am holding.
