That is very definitive.
We need to remember the strategy, politics and plans for the mine and plant, are 3-4 months ahead of what hits the media.
What is clear is
1. Plant and Mine can co-exist as proven by third and independent parties.
2. Funding already aside for conservation. Agreements in place to do so, and even Donnelly is supportive of it.
