News: International Goldfields in halt ahead of material acquisition

International Goldfields (ASX:IGS) has been granted an ASX trading halt in relation to a material acquisition.

The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trade on Wednesday, 29th April 2015.

The company previously noted that it would continue to evaluate commercial opportunities that could provide greater exposure to more nearer term value driven events that could be funded by its balance sheet and support from key stakeholders.
