    Investa Office Fund (ASX:IOF) will decrease its units on issue from 2.46 billion to 614 million via a 1-for-4 unit consolidation.



    Investa says the consolidation should not change or decrease the underlying value for investor’s unit holdings.



    The record date for the consolidation is April 17, this year.



    The Investa Office Fund generated a net profit of $172.3 million in the six months to December 31 2011.
