    • refers to announcement by Cromwell Property Group of value it sees in IOF
    • independent directors have had no correspondence from cromwell since IOF'S asx release of 3 february
    • Investa office fund-board is willing to provide Cromwell with limited confidential information, subject to appropriate confidentiality agreement being entered
