    Dec 16 (Reuters) - Investa Office Fund (IOF) :

    • Announced indicative external valuation uplifts for portfolio expected as at 31 december 2016
    • Draft external valuations show an indicative increase of $150 million to $160 million, or 8.0% to 8.6% over book value
