    March 8 (Reuters) - Investa Office Fund (IOF) :

    • Supreme court of New South Wales has today provided judicial advice to IOF
    • Court made orders that board of ILFML would be justified in convening meeting of IOF unitholders to consider proposal from Dexus Property to acquire iof
    • Independent directors of ILFML unanimously recommend that iof unitholders vote in favour of the Dexus proposal
