I disagree. These moves are healthy for any business esp if a director is not fully focused on the job. Right now is more critical time than ever to have the right people with the right skill sets to see current projects and funding agreements through to completion.
In the short term the business will also benefit from a leaner structure delivering some savings and more timely decision making.
