With the expected deep recession, I am wondering what the impact might be for a trademark business - my feeling is trademark activity is probably not as sensitive to a corporation's profitability as some other processes. Trademarks seem to be a fundamental requirement for engaging in a marketplace.
Maybe I am wrong, interested to get some thoughts?
