I didn't realise how far this stock had fallen. Morningstar believes it is fairly priced whereas other brokers seemingly think it's trading at only half its potential value. I have held for a number of years and just taken it for granted for at least 6 months, hence my shock at seeing the last SP of $6.40. Bizarre given the number of brokers who consider it a strong buy - 7/8 in the Morningstar analysis (but not Morningstar with a fair value estimate of $6.63). It really needs to maintain the steady increase in dividend to remain attractive, particularly given the rather low franking credits. Comments in this thread are fairly reassuring, but all the positive analysis and predictions are worthless if the SP is in a constant steep decline.
