As a shareholder I can’t see how the split benefits me in view of the separation costs and higher ongoing costs.
Given the directors and executives at Dyno Noble will now be managing a smaller and less diversified company, perhaps IPL should make immediate cuts to their remuneration to offset some of the increased costs that the split will create.
