I agree with the statement of the valuation in the fertilizer part of the business. Obviously, it depends on what you value the other (bigger) part though. Personally, I don't want to lose the fert. division. I can live with it though.
Agnostic on what's done with the proceeds or parts thereof. (Though I haven't been a holder for all that long and I understand long-termers are frustrated).
All IMVHO.
