With the amount of corruption in Indonesia, I'd be surprised if we got any deal at all*.
Personally, I expect news within 2 months from here.
I wouldn't put it past them to have deliberately leaked the news as well.
All IMVHO.
* Just based on my experience in mining co's. but it's happened to me more than once.
