I reckon they are looking at everything, Share holder value and what could happen if sold to an off-shore company...
They want to dot all the I's and cross all the T's.
I was reading the Elders report in Shaw & Partners which says " Elders expect 50% of growth to come from acquisitions.
Maybe this could be one ?
