G'day Platioti. With the 2m additional shares plus the 1.5m from the placement PLUS another 750k shares from 1 for 2 Placement options (exercisable @$1.50), that's $4.625M just from the Waratah fund in incoming funds (I realise you probably did the sums already but thought it worth posting the total amount).
One might assume many more $millions to come from this upcoming public offering?? "Public offer" suggesting retail holders are getting a crack too??
"Material" transaction indeed. And certainly seems clear that it's an acquisition of significance IMO.
We might be in the midst of a company making period over the next little while.
(my beautiful Nana Iris would have turned 100 last week speaking of significant milestones)
