I think IRESS will be worth a lot more in the coming years if they manage to pull off the next stage of their growth strategy by 2025. Share buyback is just a start of this.
Also accumulative dividends over next 5 years look attractive too. I don't think I would want to let go of my shares for anything less than 18 to 19 dollars
