Paul Brandling also resigned from Infomedia (ASX:IFM) at the same time and also stated a family health matter.
Seems that that is all there is to this resignation and the good news for IRI shareholders is that there was a succession plan in place for the chairman's role.
It is of course a shame that IRI is losing a committed chairman but I wish him amd his family a speedy recovery from the health isue.
