re: News: Iron Ore Holdings presents at the A... Only partly agree: the promise of SS results and port info in the next few weeks should be positive but otherwise I didn't think AV will have new investors rushing into IOH. Maitland is clearly a marginal producer from what AV saying about it being 'viable even at $90/t Fe' and he was really positioning it as an asset for the next decade. Thats surely too long a horizon for even longterm SH in a small cap explorer.. With China reaching a tipping point in its development where steel consumption will no longer be the engine of growth, I think IOH is about a decade too late to sell Maitland as sexy. Have to wait and see whether we see any buying as a consequence of the presentation - certainly with the minuscule volumes recently it shouldn't take much to push the SP back over $1.
