We don't have results yet for DRRC217, which was one of the 4 initial drillholes at Government Well. Quoting the 10.06.2020 announcement "DRRC217 intersected pyrite quartz veining with visible gold observed in chips over 1m from 54m."
If it looks like there is more Pyrrhotite mineralisation at this target, I imagine BGL will use the same DHEM strategy that performed so well at the main site. Otherwise there are other targets on the property for them to look at too.
The gamechanger for this stock will definitely be if a resource amenable to open-pit mining techniques is discovered. The current resource at the underground site is still wildly economic, and it should be one of the lowest capital intensity mines in the country. But if that secondary resource is discovered, BGL would hopefully be able to push that (currently theoretical) annual production rate well beyond currently estimated 165-180koz.
