If it was a pump and dump
well wouldn't the close be at 30 cents
Everybody agrees that Caz was ripped off when the minister handed down that dodgy decision
His delayed explanation was met with skepticism on all fronts.
I hope CAZ make all of Rio's submissions public so we know exactly how they were lobbying the minister.
This case needs to become wide open and transparent!
