why does everyone think this is so suprising? there was no doubt that this would go through as it was a do or die situation. The SP has already factored in this agreement, where it will go from now will rest on sentiment and the value MGX can bring in the medium to long term.
Remember, we'll be selling ORE at cost for the first half 09 so anything thats going to rally the sp wont be based on this rights issue alone, we'll need to see some forecasted value to see some decent appreciation.
