i thought hard about before posting this correspondence i received from the co this morning. however i am a big and firm believer that all shareholders should have all available information at the same time. i have given you a clipped version.

Regarding the Convertible Notes, our announcement to the market on 26 September last year identified that the Company had entered into a Deed of Extension and Variation to Convertible Note Subscription Agreement which provided that:

• The maturity date of the Notes is extended by 7 months from the original maturity date; and
• The Noteholders had an option to further extend the maturity date by two additional period of 3 months each.

Regarding the Conrad project, the Company has not received notice to date from Mancala in relation to their intentions. We do have ongoing discussions with Mancala and the market will be kept informed as developments occur."
