You do realise that ZLD isn't trying to get an FDA listing with any of their drugs?
They are looking for some basic "clinical validation" and then hoping to get sales through a Special Access or OTC sales pathway.
So they won't be able to make a therapeutic claim similar to the companies that the FDA clamped down on.
