Am very happy with this development....my speccie portfolio looks much more healthy today!!
Without wanting to put a damper on this annoucement, I would have loved to have seen in the "ceremony bit" ...."in the presence the Vic Premier and/or Minister"
As I have said before, if the Vic Govt isnt on board.....well I dont have to state the obvious.
However, once that green light appears, I reckon .50 cents or more wouldnt be out of the question. Not enough for me to retire on, but well on the way.....
