Just for something different? It's already >10%. I don't think a CFO resigning after 7 years is out of the ordinary and anything to worry further about. Perhaps the new CFO will have a better handle on forecasting - the team hasn't covered themselves in glory on that front... CEO leaving would be a much bigger deal
