    never good news dealing with private equity, I reckon no board should engage with PE unless they put in a firm and unconditional offer else tell them to bugger off.

    they always put in the bid then screwed you around and try to lower the price and tried to snagged a bargain, waste of time and resource.

    SIQ RHC are the last 2 victims
