    June 23 (Reuters) - Invigor Group Ltd (IVO) :

    • Invigor to drive growth through $2.5m convertible note issue
    • Notes will be issued at 1.2 cents per share and issued for 12 months
    • Funding will provide IVO with sufficient financial flexibility to fund near-term growth opportunities
