Same old story, every time that there is to be a cap raise, the share price ramps up 20-25 percent a few days before the cap raise, then drops a day or so before trading halt. I've seen it just so many times over the last 8 years. Is this deliberate? Obviously there has to be discussions with various backers/underwriters, but surely they are all under confidentiality. Insider trading?
