    Simple laws of supply and demand really. (?)

    Interesting how retail traders / small investors are either portrayed as the devil incarnate, or are outright mocked in quite a few of the articles I'm reading. The PTB and their stooges in the financial media are a nasty pack of cants, that is for sure.
