The conversion of options at $0.027 for an injection of funds totaling$13,500 must be a welcome boost to the coffers, although this would seem to cement the current market cap at just over $2 mill.
The market is fickle though. Why the goodwill alone on the last balance sheet was valued at 4 or 5 $mill from memory.
You may be right about a 50:1 consolidation . There is a niggle with the convertible notes though as they may not be converted for $0.034.
A 26% premium to the current price.
Never mind with creativity the downward trajectory may be indeed stretched for a couple of years.
