I think the buying build up at 1.4c has nothing to do with anticipation of negative news. If negative news does come to light those bids will be quickly removed if they are awake to it as the price will fall further than 1.4c. The build up is more hopeful bidders looking for sellers who are done with the waiting or have a gut feel of negative news like yourself. Personally, I agree that it does not sit well in the pub test but I am willing to hang tough. As you say the only sell today that moved the price down to 1.4c was yours. No other holder pulled the trigger.
