Well said @Barbarian ..Greg is not going anywhere, he is stepping down to become Non-Executive Director plus he allow time for the transition which is always a good sign that he is stepping down at his own will. Maybe he needs more time to do his own thing plus you got to remember he is also heading AVE. Its very difficult to be MD of 2 listed companies lol.
