    just for more context, John Mangudya's 10-year term at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe ends on April 30 next month and will become CEO of the Zimbabwe sovereign wealth fund called Mutapa Investment Fund which agreed with Invictus in August 2022 to increase the exploration licence area to a total of 360,000 hectares. Mangudya's name appears in the article in his capacity as the incoming CEO, not as Reserve Bank Governor.
