Its an opportune time for Western miners and explorer's to capitalize on the demand for rare earth metals and reduce reliance on China's dominance. No wonder the s.p moved significantly higher on the last ann. I see the s.p moving significantly higher in the next few weeks in anticipation of the ML and leading into first production early in the new year.
It's almost like some were privy to this article and get in according last fri. Plenty more will read this over the weekend. Could be a very interesting week coming up.
