I believe the selling is rightly done by holders wanting to get out after learning the report.
No technical chart can speak louder than what the numbers in black and white of the report present.
Anyone who doesn't believe that is either bias because they have a holding in the stock or are so uneducated to the point that they also believe covid-19 is not real and the deaths are fake.
