Interesting ! Now JAV completed a CR back in February. Initially shareholders accepted about half the non-renounceable rights and then the shortfall was settled as well so management would have raised over a million dollars then.
Now I haven't checked the accounts from the half year which was announced recently. That may provide a clue as to why they have the begging bowl out so quickly. But a bit of a surprise at the moment before investigating the books further.
