    This is an excellent development. Should Jade Gas confirm the existence of a large scale gas field and all indications are very positive. UB will have, with this convertible loan note, approximately 30% of Jade issued capital and can if the gas find is confirmed mount a takeover bid for the remaining 70% outstanding shares at a reasonable price.
