Mike's a prime example of a CEO who's long past his use by date. He's gaming the system for personal benefit in everything he does without consideration of his long loyal shareholders. This includes awarding his brother-in-law $5m in share options (as announced last week!)... Corporate CEO greed is nothing new, but it's a shame when it clouds a fantastic company with a bright future.
